RESERVATIONS

At the current time, we accept reservations by telephone (231-946-5466,) by email (grandtraverselimo@gmail.com,) and for industry professionals, we accept reservations through Limo Anywhere (GTLAS) and the GRIDD Transportation Network.

PRICING POLICY

 We charge $120/hour (billed in 20-minute increments at $40 ea.) for private transportation including airport transportation, wine tours, etc. from the time we leave our garage to the estimated time of our return. Our minimum charge is for 2-hours of service.

We provide airport service around the clock but other than that, we do not provide service during the nighttime hours.

AVAILABLE DISCOUNTS:

Any day but Saturday: $10/hour off

3 people or less: $20/hour off

Trips we can do in 1-hour or less: 20% off the 2-hour rate

OUR ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Grand Traverse Limousine maintains a ZERO tolerance policy for drug and alcohol use while driving passengers for hire.  If you have any questions, concerns, or complaints about any of our drivers, please call 231-946-5466 immediately.

OUR texting and privacy POLICY

Grand Traverse Limousine is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our users. We want to assure you that we do not share your personal information with third parties. This privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide to us. Grand Traverse Limousine does not and shall not share or sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not typically use text for any reasons other than responding to voice or phone messages that you left for us. We have never run a marketing campaign via text nor do we ever intend to. When you are flying in to the airport and expecting us to pick you up, we typically reach out via text to let you know where you can find us, either standing inside the airport or outside at the curb. If we are enroute to picking you up anywhere, we typically text a message of reassurance that we are on our way and our ETA.
